Update on Harris County Drainage Improvement Project (the “Project”) within the District
Harris County has stated that construction activities were ongoing regarding the Project affecting the Parkway (Mobile Homes) and Hidden Meadows subdivisions. Harris County is anticipating completion of the Project by the end of 2026. Learn more about ongoing project here.
Generator Relocation Plan for Hidden Meadows Lift Station
As construction begins on the relocation of the existing generator from Water Plant No. 2 site to Hidden Meadows Lift Station, construction in the area is anticipated to be completed by summer 2026.
New Board Member Appointed in December
Thanya Pereira was appointed and sworn in as a director at the December 17th monthly meeting. Director Pereira has been a longstanding resident of the District and will serve her role in the director’s position until May of 2029. Learn more about director elections here.
