Update on Harris County Drainage Improvement Project (the “Project”) within the District
Harris County continues construction activities regarding the Project affecting the Parkway (Mobile Homes) and Hidden Meadows subdivisions. Harris County is anticipating completion of the Project by the end of 2026. Concerns regarding the construction area effecting residents and/or residential personal property should be forwarded directly to Harris County at www.greenwoodud.com/latest-news/entering-construction-parkway-mobile-homes-subdivision-drainage-improvements.

Join us for our monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of each month. Never been to a meeting? Public comments are taken at the beginning. Arrive early and voice your concerns or ask questions about your water, sewer or trash services.
Problem with “Flushable” Wipes
When wipes are flushed down the toilet, whether the package states they are “flushable” or not, the District incurs significant costs to make repairs to the District’s sewer lines and sewer pumps. You may also face issues in your pipes at home. Please do not flush ANY wipes down the toilet, as they all eventually collect at the District’s sewer lines and sewer pumps and cause blockage that costs the District unnecessary repairs to the systems.
